STEP 1

Right click on the Language Bar at the bottom of the screen and then left click on "Settings".

Left click on the "Add" button.

STEP 3

Left click on the drop-down menu.

STEP 4

Select Dutch (Netherlands) from the list and then left click on the "OK" button.

STEP 5

Left click on the "Apply" button.
